The round primary screen is the “first line of defense” in raw material receiving areas of feed mills, oil and fat plants and grain storage facilities. Q1: Can your equipment process high moisture corn?
A: Yes, but efficiency may be reduced. At humidity levels above 14-15% we recommend using a larger sieve and increasing the air flow in the aspiration system to prevent sticking and clogging.
Q2: Can wood chips or straw be recycled?
A: Yes, completely possible. We have dedicated biomass models with an expanded crushing chamber, heavy-duty hammers and a positive feed system for light, fibrous and tangle-prone materials.
Q3: How is the grinding degree (particle size) adjusted?
A: The degree of grinding can be adjusted by changing sieves with different hole sizes. We offer a wide range from Φ0.5mm (ultra-fine aquaculture feed) to Φ10.0mm (coarse fiber pre-treatment). Changing the sieves only takes a few minutes.
