Q1: Are you a manufacturing factory or trading company?
A: We are 100% Manufacturer. Shuang Yang Machinery has 20 years of experience in producing feed machines, and our factory is located in Hebei Province, China.
Q2: Can I visit your factory?
A: We will gladly welcome you! We strongly recommend customers to visit our factory. If you can't come in person, we also offer a "video factory inspection" service, using WhatsApp we can show you our production floor and equipment in real time.
Q3: Do your machines have relevant quality certificates?
A: Yes. Our main hammer crushers are certified with ISO 9001 quality management system, which guarantees the safety and reliability of the equipment.
Q4: Do you have any experience in shipping to my country?
A: Our equipment has been exported to more than 20 countries around the world, including Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand), Europe, Africa and Central Asia. We are well acquainted with various voltage standards and transport requirements and can offer you hassle-free export service.
Q5: How do you achieve the claimed "15% energy savings"?
A: This is a whole system. We used high-precision G6.3 balanced rotors to reduce energy loss, optimized the crushing chamber design to improve airflow, and installed highly efficient, energy-saving motors. For the same performance, our machines consume less energy, saving 15% on energy costs.
Q6: How do I determine which model with which output I need?
A: Productivity depends on the type of raw material, its moisture content and the required fraction of the finished product (the diameter of the holes in the sieve). Please tell us your requirements (for example: 10 tons of corn per hour, sieve hole diameter 3.0mm), and our engineers will select the most suitable and economical model.
Q7: Can your machines process high moisture corn?
A: Yes, but the efficiency will be reduced. For corn with moisture levels above 14-15%, we recommend using larger screen openings and increasing the power of the aspiration system to avoid clogging the screens and blocking the machine.
Q8: Can your machines process sawdust or straw?
A: Yes, completely. We have special machines for biomass energy with “wide chambers”. These machines feature a larger crushing chamber, heavier wear-resistant hammers and a positive feed system to handle lightweight, resilient and fibrous materials.
Q9: How to control the fraction (particle size) of the finished product?
A: The fraction is adjusted by changing the sieve with different holes. We provide sieves from Φ0.5mm (ultra-fine aquatic animal feed) to Φ10.0mm (for pre-processing coarse fibrous materials). Changing the sieve is very simple and only takes a few minutes.
Q10: Is it very dusty when crushing? How is the problem of environmental protection solved?
A: Crushing always produces dust. To meet environmental requirements, we highly recommend installing our Pulse Dust Collector system. It effectively captures dust microparticles, maintains room cleanliness and recycles valuable powder materials.
Q11: What is the service life of hammers and sieves?
A: The service life depends on the hardness of the processed material.
When processing conventional grain feeds, tungsten-coated hammers have a service life of approximately 2,000 hours and screens have a service life of approximately 500 hours.
When processing materials such as sawdust, the service life will be reduced.
